Miss Merrill: MS Science & 8th Grade Math. I've been part of WSD for the past 7 years, working as a paraprofessional while attending college full-time. I recently graduated from UW–Superior with my K–9 Education degree. I have 2 daughters attending WHS.

My name is Wendy Potvin, and I am a retired Early Childhood/4K Teacher after 31 years of service. I started subbing here last Fall as the MS Science & 7th-grade Social Studies Teacher. I am now the 4th-grade teacher & loving it!

MS Soc.Studies & 7th-Grade Math:I grew up in the UP, graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Major in Geography & a minor in History, & a Master's in Secondary Education. I love traveling, fishing, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, photography and scrapbooking.

K-12 Instrumental/Music: I graduated from UWEC with a PreK-12th general music/instrumental education degree. I grew up in MSP suburb & moved to Ladysmith. I am excited for the opportunity to work with the students & communities, bringing the passion of music to life.
